In case the event is canceled, we will support the refund to you within 1 week through a negative invoice via bank transfer or cash if we receive approval from the organizers.

If you wish to request for ticket cancellation, please contact the event organizer.

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled, except in the following cases:

• The event is canceled by the organizer.
• A force majeure event occurs (e.g., natural disaster, pandemic restrictions).
